Hey, I'm Elsa.
QA engineer. YouTuber. Solo builder. I show what it actually looks like to work in tech — and build the tools I wish existed.

The journey
How I got here
Started as a QA Engineer
Landed my first QA role in 2015. No roadmap, no mentor — just a lot of figuring it out. Six years of real-world testing across different teams and products. The frustration of not finding honest resources planted the seed for everything that came next.
Launched @elsaqa on YouTube
Started filming the job from the inside. Vlogs, walkthroughs, honest takes. The kind of content I was looking for when I started — and couldn't find.
1,000 subscribers
First major milestone. Proved there was a real audience for no-fluff QA content. Doubled down on the channel and started thinking bigger.
Built the course platform
Vibe-coded a full learning platform from scratch. Courses, roadmaps, progress tracking, coupons — the complete infrastructure for the QA education I wanted to exist.
3,600 subscribers & growing
178K+ views and counting. Started offering QA services and custom solutions for teams and founders. Building in public, learning in public.
What I do
The four pillars
YouTube
@elsaqa
Real day-in-the-life QA content. No textbook fluff. I film what the job actually looks like — bugs, workflows, career moments, and everything in between.
QA Engineering
The day job
I work as a QA engineer. Everything I teach comes from what I actually do at work — the tools, the decisions, the tradeoffs. No theory without practice.
Courses
QA from zero
Building the structured A-Z path I wish existed when I started. Roadmaps, projects, real skills — not just certificates. The full journey from beginner to job-ready.
Solutions Building
Vibe-coding for clients
I build custom software — MVPs, internal tools, full products — fast, with AI, and QA-tested from day one. Medtech, ad analytics, marketing platforms. Show me a problem worth solving.

Background
Why I make this stuff
I started making YouTube videos because I couldn't find content that showed what QA work actually looks like from the inside. Most content was either too high-level or too focused on getting a certification — not on doing the job well.
Same reason I'm building a course. The QA education space is full of content that teaches you to tick boxes. I want to teach you to think — how to find what others miss, how to communicate bugs that actually get fixed, how to be the QA engineer a team relies on.
Everything I make is directly from my own experience working as a QA engineer. If it's in my content, I actually use it at work.
