What happens after I book?
You'll get an email confirmation with the Google Meet link immediately. A reminder goes out 24 hours and 1 hour before the session.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — Cal.com lets you cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session at no charge.
Who is office hours for?
Any student enrolled in a Final Boss QA course. It's a free group session — great for course questions, career direction, or just meeting other people on the same path.
What's the difference between Career Coaching and a Portfolio Review?
Career Coaching is strategy — where you are, where you're going, what to prioritise. Portfolio Review is tactical — we look at your specific CV and test artifacts and I give direct, actionable feedback.
Do you offer refunds on paid sessions?
If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, yes. No-shows are non-refundable.
