Most course platforms charge recurring SaaS fees, lock you out of your own data, and offer zero customisation. As a solo creator, paying $300–500/month before making a single sale is a non-starter — and none of them are built for the specific workflow of a creator who also runs a YouTube channel.
Built a production Next.js 16 app with the full stack: Stripe payments with installment plans and coupons, a gamification engine (XP, levels, streaks, achievements, leaderboard), drip-feed lesson scheduling, quiz system, certificate generation, a YouTube analytics intelligence layer that tracks video performance and surfaces A/B experiments, an AI content studio for generating scripts and course blueprints, Cal.com coaching integration, and a complete admin CMS — all in one codebase deployed on Vercel with Neon PostgreSQL.
Zero SaaS fees. Full data ownership. 28 database models, 150+ API routes, 88 React components. Stripe checkout, webhooks, and refund flows working end-to-end.
